Souleymane Kabore has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. From 2020 to the present, they have been a Project Manager at EngenderHealth. Prior to this, they served as a Quality Assurance Officer at the same company from 2020 to 2022.

Before joining EngenderHealth, Souleymane held the position of President of the Board of Directors at the Centre hospitalier regional Tenkodogo from 2018 to 2021. Simultaneously, from 2018 to 2020, they worked as the Director at the Direction régionale de la santé du Centre-Est/Burkina Faso.

In 2016 and 2017, Souleymane served as the Chief of the Disease Control and Specific Group Protection Department at the Ministère de la santé. During this time, they also worked as a Senior Consultant at the Entraide universitaire mondiale du Canada (EUMC • WUSC) for a brief period in 2017, and as a National Consultant at Croix Rouge de Belgique in 2017 as well.

Their earlier work experience includes the role of Chief Physician at the District sanitaire de Tougan, where they served from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they were responsible for reproductive health and alternative financing at the same district from 2007 to 2011.

Souleymane Kabore completed their education in a chronological manner. In 1997, they began their studies at Université Joseph Ky Zerbo, where they pursued a degree in Medicine. Souleymane successfully completed their studies in 2006 and earned the title of "Docteur en médecine." Following this, in 2015, Souleymane enrolled in the Université libre de Bruxelles to pursue a Master de spécialisation en santé publique, focusing on Santé et développement. Souleymane completed this program in 2016.
