We are on a hunt for a Revenue Specialist to join our growing team!

The Role and what you will be doing: 

Enghouse is looking for a pro-active, detailed-orientated and accurate Billing and Revenue Specialist for the EMEA Finance team based in Reading. This is a fantastic role within a friendly team, giving you responsibility for the accurate, timely, and continuous processing of customer orders, invoices and revenue transactions, and ensuring revenue recognition complies with company policies and procedures. You will be responsible for this process from entering customer orders, submission of invoices to customers and revenue recognition 

To be successful in this role, you bring: 

  • Previous experience in customer order entry and billing

  • Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUPs/Pivot tables)

  • Methodical, attentive to detail and ability to process large volume of transactions

  • Self-motivated with a strong and flexible attitude towards work

  • Knowledge and experience of using accounting system Great Plains is desirable but not essential

  • Ability to organize, prioritize and work under pressure to meet demanding deadlines

  • Ability to apply problem solving techniques to day- to- day operations

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with a variety of operational departments
