Clara Good possesses extensive experience in customer service and operations management, holding leadership roles such as Head of Customer Service at ENGIE AU and Operations Director at PROBE Group. Clara has further served as Head of Operations - Insource at recoveriescorp and held multiple managerial positions at Alinta Energy, including Manager of Quality and Process Assurance and Service Delivery Lead. Prior experience includes roles at Origin Energy, focusing on workforce and telephony management. Clara Good holds a Master's degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts honours degree in Economics and Art History from the University of Cape Town.
