Taneal Roach is an experienced executive with a strong background in human resources and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Executive Director ANZ, People at ENGIE Australia & New Zealand since November 2023, Taneal leads efforts toward a carbon-neutral economy through innovative energy solutions. Previously, Taneal founded and directed Empower People Solutions Pty Ltd, offering flexible Human Capital consulting services from May 2022 to November 2023. As Chief People Officer at Glen Cameron Group from July 2020 to December 2021, Taneal was responsible for developing the people strategy to drive company growth. Earlier experience includes serving as Global Head of Human Resources at The China Navigation Company from January 2016 to February 2020, focusing on a strategic people strategy to enhance business performance, and working as a Senior HR Business Partner across Asia, India, and Europe. Taneal holds an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from RMIT University and a degree in Business with a focus on Human Resource Management from Edith Cowan University.
