Julie Perrot is an experienced engineer specializing in processes and methods within the renewable energy sector. Currently serving as an Ingénieure Méthode et Process at ENGIE BiOZ since November 2021, Julie focuses on aligning company practices with the new RED II directive and supports the development of new biogas projects in France. Prior experience at GRDF included roles as an Ingénieur bureau d’études and Chargée de mission biométhane, where Julie oversaw technical studies for biomethane projects, managed a team of experts, and enhanced internal knowledge on agricultural methanization. Julie's career began with a technical consultancy role at BUSINOVE and an internship at CNRS, complemented by a specialized master's degree in ecological management and energy efficiency, as well as an engineering degree in biosciences from INSA Lyon.

L’objectif d’une installation territoriale est de produire du biométhane en collectant sur le territoire environnant plusieurs types de matières organiques. Celles-ci peuvent être d’origine agricole, industrielle, ou provenir de collectivités. ENGIE BiOZ compte parmi les leaders de la production de gaz renouvelable avec 22 centrales en exploitation.
