Juliano Mazute

Juliano Mazute is an experienced professional with a diverse background in innovation, academia, and product development. Currently serving in the Inovação role at ENGIE Brasil since January 2025, Juliano has previously held multiple academic positions at UNISUL, including Professor of Engineering, Design, and Administration, and has contributed significantly to the development of curricula focused on Industry 4.0 and technologies. With a strong involvement in the startup ecosystem as Head of Innovation at both Energy Hub Ventures and Synergy Ventures, Juliano is adept at supporting emerging businesses in the energy sector. Additional expertise includes co-founding Black Purpurin, serving as Chief Product Officer and CEO at SENAI/SC, and mentoring in business for Inovativa Brasil.
