Mohamadou Deen BELLO has a diverse work experience in the logistics and energy sectors. Mohamadou Deen started their career at APM Terminals in 2007 as a Yard Supervisor and later worked as an Operation Assistant, Vessel Planner, and Quay Supervisor. From 2011 to 2012, they joined A.P. Moller - Maersk as an Operation Assistant, where they were responsible for planning and coordinating loading and discharge work on vessels.

In 2013, BELLO joined DAMCO as the Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental Responsible. Mohamadou Deen was responsible for ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Their experience at DAMCO led him to become a Classical Program Director and later a Country Operation Officer (COO) at A.P. Moller - Maersk. As a COO, BELLO was responsible for executing operational activities related to various services to deliver optimal performance according to customer agreements.

Currently, BELLO is working at ENGIE Energy Access (Africa) as the Head of Operations and HSSE in Benin. Mohamadou Deen is involved in disrupting innovation and transforming the quality of life for customers through renewable energy solutions.

Mohamadou Deen BELLO completed their education in a chronological order. In 2002, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from the Université d'Abomey-Calavi, and in the same year, they also earned a Bachelor's Degree in Transport and Logistics Management from the National School of Applied Economics and Management. In 2005, they completed their studies at Université d'Abomey-Calavi. In 2009, Mohamadou Deen BELLO obtained a certification in Front Line Managers’ Course from DAMCO. In 2011, they earned a certification in Global Terminal Development Program from APM Terminal. In 2016, they participated in the Accelerated Leadership Program at DAMCO and received a certification. Most recently, from 2019 to 2021, they pursued a Master's Degree in Economics and Management in Transport and Logistics from INSTITUT SUPERIEUR D'EXPERTISE ET DE GESTION (ISEG).
