Caroline Guyot has a diverse and extensive work experience. Caroline is currently the Managing Director of ENGIE Factory Asia-Pacific, a role they took on in 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Managing Director at Sofincap since 2019. Caroline also served as the Managing Director at Réseau Entreprendre Brussels from 2021 to 2022. Caroline co-founded Ré_action Belgium, an online program designed by makesense to engage citizens, and worked there from 2020 to 2022. Caroline was also the Co-Founder and Managing Director of ENGIE Factory Asia-Pacific from 2017 to 2019, focusing on the future of energy, green mobility, and smart cities. Additionally, they co-founded ChangemakerXchange in Asia and worked in various roles at Ashoka, a global network of social impact entrepreneurs. Caroline has also contributed to organizations like Chatham House, Border-Lines Media Project, and PlaNet Finance throughout their career.
Caroline Guyot completed their education with a Master's degree in History from the Université libre de Bruxelles in 2009. From 2007 to 2009, they also pursued a Masters in History - Research Exchange at The University of British Columbia. In 2010, they attended the College of Europe and obtained a Master's degree in EU International Relations and Diplomacy.
