Bidisha Banerjee

Bidisha Banerjee is a seasoned Lead UX professional with extensive experience in user experience design across various sectors including banking, retail, and e-commerce. Currently at ENGIE since February 2017, Bidisha specializes in simplifying complex systems to enhance user interaction. Previously at Tata Consultancy Services from August 2012 to 2017, Bidisha contributed to all facets of UX design from research to user testing on both mobile and web platforms. Additional experience includes positions at DxO, Axance, and 5eme Gauche in UX design roles. Bidisha holds a Master’s Degree in Interaction Design from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, a second Master’s Degree in UX Design from L'ecole Multimedia, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion & Apparel Design from the National Institute of Fashion Technology.
