Andrea Armstrong Chartered FCIPD is currently the Deputy Director Organisational Development and Culture at Ofgem. Andrea has extensive experience in leadership and management, particularly in HR Business Partnering and L&D services. Prior to their current role, Andrea held positions such as Strategic Lead - HR Customer Delivery at Southwark Council and Deputy Director People & Estates at Ofgem. Andrea has also worked at Sutton Housing Partnership and London Borough of Sutton in various HR and leadership roles. Andrea's career started at Barclays, where Andrea held positions such as Regional Assessment Centre Officer and Branch Manager. Throughout their career, Andrea has demonstrated a strong strategic and operational focus in HR and development functions.
