Shekh Mursaleen

Shekh Mursaleen serves as the Senior Vice President of Risk and Insurance Management at ENGIE, overseeing the risk and insurance management of over 100 power and water assets across the Asia Middle East and Africa region, with insured values exceeding USD 40 billion. Mursaleen has extensive experience in optimizing insurance coverage, managing claims, and conducting risk assessments, contributing to the settlement of claims worth over USD 350 million in the last five years. Previously, Mursaleen held various roles at Marsh, including Vice President in Risk and Insurance Management and Forensic Accounting & Claims Services. Additional experience includes positions at Cunningham Lindsey, Oman Insurance Company, Absolute Surveyors Pvt Limited, and Auro Laboratories Limited. Mursaleen holds multiple insurance qualifications, including an Advanced Diploma in Insurance from The Chartered Insurance Institute and a Fellowship from the Insurance Institute of India, alongside a B. Tech in Petrochemical Engineering.
