Thierry van Den Hove

Thierry van den Hove has extensive experience in tax management and corporate finance, currently serving as Head of Tax for the Corporate and Nuke Global business unit at ENGIE, a position held since April 1998. In addition to this role, Thierry is Managing Director for ENGIE CC in Belux and has overseen various responsibilities including managing and structuring funding and holding companies, establishing international cash pooling, and participating in M&A projects. Prior to ENGIE, Thierry worked as a Senior Financial Advisor and Auditor Senior at Ernst & Young Société d'Avocats from September 1994 to May 1998. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Université de Namur, as well as a certificate in General Management from CEDEP – Executive Development in Fontainebleau.
