Crystal Chia

Crystal Chia has held a variety of roles in the field of biosciences. Crystal is currently a Senior Scientist at Engine Biosciences, a role they have held since 2021. Previously, they were a Senior Research Fellow at A*STAR - Agency for Science, Technology and Research from 2017 to 2021. From 2013 to 2017, they were a PhD Student at the Wellcome Sanger Institute. Crystal was a Research Assistant at Duke-NUS Medical School from 2010 to 2013, and prior to that, they held a Summer Internship at the University of Dundee in 2009.

Crystal Chia obtained a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from the University of Cambridge, followed by a Bachelor of Science - BS Hons in Biomedical Sciences, General from The University of Manchester.
