Nejc Vesel is a data scientist with extensive experience in Earth Observation and data engineering. Currently employed at Sinergise since September 2019, Nejc applies machine learning techniques to analyze satellite and remote sensing imagery as part of the EO Research team. Previously, Nejc worked at COMCOM d.o.o. Idrija from November 2018 to September 2019, focusing on the backend infrastructure for automatic electricity trading systems using Python. Additionally, from May 2017 to November 2018, Nejc served as a technical lead for a business intelligence project at SOL RA, where responsibilities included analyzing large datasets. Nejc holds a Master's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in the same field, both from the University of Ljubljana.
