Tom Beresford

Tom Beresford currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Engine by Starling, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this, Tom was with Starling Bank for over seven years, progressing through roles such as Chief Product Officer, Head of Engineering for Accounts, and Lead Platform Engineer. Additionally, Tom worked at BSkyB from April 2008 to March 2015, where responsibilities included developing backend systems for the Sky Broadband ISP platform and using Agile methodologies to enhance voice and broadband provisioning systems.
