Currently serving as the Sr. Human Resources Manager at Engineered Floors, LLC since November 2017, Kim supports the Commercial Sales brands J+J Flooring Group and EF Contract. Previously, Kim spent a decade at Beaulieu America as a Human Resources Business Partner, focusing on employee development, strategic planning, and personnel management across multiple divisions. Kim's career began at Shaw Industries as a Human Resources Admin, laying a strong foundation for expertise in human resources. Kim is an alumnus of Reinhardt University.
