Mike Gamble has over 15 years of experience in the flooring industry, primarily in business development and sales roles. Mike started their career at Armstrong World Industries in 2003 as a Territory Sales Manager, where they were responsible for maintaining relationships with various stakeholders and developing sales strategies. In 2005, they joined Adams Bros Interiors as a Business Development Executive, where they built and maintained relationships with new home builder accounts and led strategic initiatives to increase sales and profit margins. In 2012, they returned to Armstrong World Industries as part of their Residential Contract Strategic Accounts team. Mike then moved on to be a National Sales Manager at Armstrong Flooring, Inc. in 2017, where they managed business development initiatives and grew market share in the multi-family segment. Currently, they are the National Director of Business Development at Engineered Floors, LLC, where they provide solutions to the challenges property managers and home builders face in relation to flooring. Mike Gamble is a professional value creator and problem solver who is passionate about helping deliver desired outcomes to their clients.
From 1990 to 1994, Mike Gamble attended UM where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in History, Political Science, with an emphasis on Business.
