Gustavo Gonçalves da Silva is an experienced structural engineer with a career spanning over a decade in the telecommunications and civil engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Structural Engineering Lead at Engineered Tower Solutions since November 2018, Gustavo is responsible for overseeing structural analyses and managing a team within the Mounts Division. Previous roles include Structural Engineer II and I, along with a position as Tower Engineer I, focusing on telecommunications structures. Prior experience includes self-employment as a Civil Engineer, where Gustavo designed steel and reinforced concrete structures and managed construction activities, as well as internships at Tecverde Engenharia Ltda and Terrasse Engenharia e Construcões Ltda. Gustavo holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Universidade Federal do Paraná and a specialization in Structural Steel Engineering from Grupo HCT.
