Lori Howard

Lori Howard is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human resources, project management, and real estate. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Engineered Tower Solutions, PLLC since July 2018, Lori manages recruitment, employee benefits, records maintenance, payroll, and social events, while also implementing processes and specializing in workers' compensation. Prior to this role, Lori worked at CSMI and Communications Structures Management, Inc. as a Leasing Specialist and Executive Assistant/Project Manager, providing support to senior management and overseeing equipment upgrades for a portfolio of cell phone towers. Additionally, Lori has experience as a Legal Assistant for Mark J. Simeon, Esq. and as a licensed Realtor/Broker, collaborating with sister Debra Jackson to assist real estate clients.
