Kayla Lancaster

Kayla Lancaster is currently an Automation and Robotics Engineering Intern at Textron Aviation and has been a Teaching Assistant for ENGR 297 at Penn State College of Engineering since August 2022. Kayla serves as a mentor for the Global Engineering Fellow program, facilitating outreach events and providing guidance on international education opportunities. Previous experiences include a Mechatronic Engineering Internship at Eos Energy Enterprises, where Kayla enhanced programming skills and improved user interfaces for industrial automation systems. Kayla's background also features customer service roles at Juliano's Restaurant and Chartier's Country Club, emphasizing leadership and mentoring capabilities. Kayla is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Penn State University, where Kayla has actively participated in various engineering organizations and outreach programs.
