Mechanical Designer

Engineering Design Technologies, Inc. (EDT) is currently seeking a talented and motivated Mechanical Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed mechanical designs and drawings for a variety of projects, including HVAC systems, plumbing systems, and fire protection systems. You will work closely with engineers and other design professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects. Responsibilities

• Create detailed mechanical designs and drawings using AutoCAD and Revit software
• Perform calculations and analysis to ensure design compliance with codes and standards
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to integrate mechanical systems into overall project design
• Review and modify designs based on feedback from project team members
• Attend project meetings and provide input on design-related issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of design changes and revisions
