Michelle Cochran

Michelle Cochran serves as the Learning & Development Delivery Team Leader at the Engineering Management Institute since September 2023, overseeing the delivery of various courses, webinars, and certifications such as the AEC PM Certification. Previously, Michelle held multiple roles at Open LMS, including Account Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing approximately 200 client accounts and driving contract negotiations, as well as serving as a Sales Support Specialist and Inside Sales Representative, focusing on lead qualification and account management. Prior to Open LMS, Michelle coordinated children’s faith formation programs at Christ the King Parish, ensuring the development and preparation of children for Sacraments. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Church Ministry from Liberty University.
