Belinda Williamson

Belinda, as the Human Resources Manager, works with corporate leadership to understand and execute ES3’s overall goals and strategy for Staffing, Recruitment and Retention. Belinda earned her BS in Economics from Oakwood University and her MBA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Her experience in microbusiness development and corporate enterprise shape her approach to human resources. Her knowledge of trends, best practices, and new technologies in human resource management has enabled her to structure a Compensation Plan and Benefits Package that places ES3 in the top quintile of all U.S. employers. Belinda’s and ES3’s goals are to create a workplace environment that maximizes each staff member’s value, personal fulfillment, creativity, and overall performance.
