Casey Jones

Casey is the Materials and Processes (M&P) Manager for ES3’s Georgia Technical Operation Center (GTOC) in Warner Robins, Ga with over 10 years of experience with aerospace coatings, corrosion, and mechanical testing. Casey oversees projects in a multitude of disciplines including electroplating (including LHE alkaline Zn-Ni application, anode design / development / manufacture, and plating line implementation), corrosion resistant coatings (such as thermal spray, primers and topcoats) and related removal methodologies (including the Pulse Automated Water Strip System (PAWSS) and laser systems), and their related airworthiness qualification testing requirements. Casey has a BSc in Chemical Engineering from Georgia Tech and an MBA from Mercer University.
