Jennifer served as the Global Human Resources Integration Leader & Mobility Division from December 2012 to September 2014, where they led the merger integration of Invensys Rail. Jennifer also worked as the Senior Director, Business Partner, HR from June 2009 to November 2012, overseeing the creation of the Infrastructure & Cities Sector. Additionally, Jennifer held the role of Vice President of Human Resources & Building Technologies from December 2005 to June 2009, where they managed HR services for a $2.1 billion business.
Jennifer's earlier work experience includes roles at Grubb & Ellis as the Manager Human Resources from October 1997 to August 2000, Ameritech Cellular as a Staffing Manager and Associate Benefits from February 1995 to October 1997, and First Colonial Bankshares as a Senior Benefits Administrator from June 1991 to January 1995.
Jennifer Olmstead attended Saint Viator High School from 1984 to 1987, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Jennifer then went on to study at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota from 1987 to 1991, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business. In 2007 to 2008, they furthered their education by participating in the Executive Leadership Program at Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, a program specifically created for Siemens. In 2011, Jennifer Olmstead attended INSEAD for the Top 100 Female Executive Leadership Program, also created for Siemens.
