Kara Greene

Kara Greene is a highly experienced Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineer currently serving as a Senior Staff Consultant at Engineering Systems Inc. (ESi), specializing in aircraft accident reconstruction and analysis since February 2021. Previously, Kara held significant leadership roles within the United States Air Force, including Director of the Aeronautics Lab and Assistant Professor at the U.S. Air Force Academy, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing a $200M research laboratory and guiding a cadet flying team to national recognition. Other roles included Chief of Wing Plans and Programs in Qatar, Researcher PhD Student at the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology, and various instructional positions, demonstrating a strong commitment to aeronautics education and research.
