Mark Sarro

Mark Sarro is an experienced restaurant and operations manager with a diverse background in the food service industry. Currently serving as the Restaurant Manager at Engineers Country Club since March 2023, Mark also holds the role of Director of Operations at Freshark, where responsibilities include the development and implementation of a startup franchise concept since January 2014. Previously, Mark acted as the Managing Partner for BurgerFi in Oceanside, New York, from January 2013 to January 2014, successfully overseeing the opening of the franchise's first location in New York. Mark's career began as the Owner Operator of the Corner Kitchen from November 1997 to September 2012, highlighting a solid foundation in ownership and management.
