Rachel Duke

Rachel Duke is an experienced operations and fundraising professional with extensive expertise in facilities management and nonprofit sector project management. Currently serving as Operations Team Lead at Engineers Ireland since 2017, Rachel oversees comprehensive facilities management for the organization’s headquarters and manages projects for various events and courses. Prior to this role, Rachel worked at Plan Ireland as a Process Improvement Executive and Fundraising Officer, where responsibilities included coordinating fundraising campaigns and managing donor relationships. Previous positions at the Children's Rights Alliance and the Irish Cancer Society involved income generation, donor management, and campaign development. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology & Social Policy from Trinity College Dublin.
