Madelynn Mikkalson

Madelynn Mikkalson is currently serving as the Co-Mentorship Coordinator at the University of Minnesota College of Science and Engineering, where responsibilities include organizing events to enhance social engagement among students and managing mentor-mentee pairings. As a Senior East Africa Project Lead for Engineers Without Borders USA, Madelynn oversees a project focused on water access and sanitation in Malawi. Previous experiences include a Quality Engineering Internship at Andersen Corporation, where analysis of internal glass breakage was conducted, and a Strategic Sourcing Aide role at H.B. Fuller, resulting in significant cost savings. Madelynn's foundational education includes a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and Chemistry, with an honors high school diploma from Century Senior High School.
