Jessica Bridge is the Head of People and Culture at EngineRoom. Jessica has over 10 years of experience in recruitment, sales, and talent and organisational development.

Bridge began their career in recruitment, working as a Retail Recruitment Consultant for Robert Walters from 2015 to 2016. Jessica then transitioned into the role of Talent and Organisational Development Manager for Swisse Wellness from 2016 to 2019. In their current role as Head of People and Culture at EngineRoom, Bridge is responsible for leading the people and culture team, overseeing all HR functions, and driving employee engagement.

Jessica Bridge has certification from The Myers-Briggs Company in MBTI and from Herrmann Asia in HBDI. Jessica is certified to administer and interpret both of these personality assessments.
