Alun Powell

Alun Powell is a seasoned professional in sports talent management, currently serving as the National Talent Manager for the England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB) since May 2017. Prior to this role, Alun held various positions within England Rugby, including Head of Regional Academies and Professional Rugby Player Development Manager from May 2010 to May 2017. Alun's experience also spans several notable organizations, such as the Rugby Football League as National Player Development Manager (2009-2010), the Scottish Rugby Union as National Academy Coach (2008-2009), and London Wasps as Assistant Academy Manager (2001-2008). Alun Powell holds a Master's degree in Sports Coaching from the University of Queensland (2009-2012) and a degree from Swansea Metropolitan University (1992-1995).
