Lara Neild

Lara Neild serves as the Women and Girls Cricket Participation and Development Officer at Suffolk Cricket Board Limited since May 2021, focusing on enhancing female cricket across schools and clubs in Suffolk. Lara has held various coaching positions, including lead coach for U11 and U15 girls and CUB Hub Performance, while also being a Coach Developer for the England & Wales Cricket Board, leading coaching courses throughout Suffolk. In addition, Lara contributes as a community coach for the Chance to Shine programme, encouraging youth engagement with cricket in primary schools. Previous experience includes working as a playworker at the University of Cambridge and holding leadership roles related to cricket and sponsorship during studies at the University of Exeter, where Lara earned a Bachelor of Arts in History.
