Lauren Rowles has extensive work experience in the field of cricket coaching. Lauren currently serves as the England Mens Learning Disability Head Coach at the England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB) since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Regional Talent Manager and Assistant Coach at Central Sparks starting from 2021. Lauren also served as a County Age Group Coach at Warwickshire County Cricket Club from 2019 onwards. Lauren has further worked as a Cricket Coach at Shrewsbury School and Complete Cricket International, and as a Player Manager at the International Cricketers Association, all in 2019. Lauren has also held the position of a County Age Group Coach at Derbyshire Cricket Board Ltd from 2017 until 2019. Lauren's earlier roles include Women's MCCU Assistant Coach and Loughborough Lightning Cricket Senior Community Coordinator at Loughborough University, and Game Development Officer and Cricket Development Coach at Worcestershire Cricket Board Ltd.
Lauren Rowles obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Sports Coaching Science and Development from the University of Worcester. Lauren pursued this program from 2011 to 2014, focusing on the field of study related to Sports and Exercise.
