Charles Rowett is an experienced professional with a diverse background in strategic consultancy, nonprofit leadership, and executive management. Currently serving as a Strategic Applicant Consultant at The Fore since February 2023, Charles has also held significant roles such as Trustee at CPRE North and East Yorkshire and Executive Director at The Linacre Institute. Previous positions include Group HR Director at CVS Group Plc, Chief Executive Officer at Gotelee Solicitors LLP, and Yorkshire Cancer Research, along with a Group Director role at Central Trust PLC. Charles has a strong educational foundation, holding a BSc in Management Sciences from the University of Bradford, an MBA in strategy and organisational change from Teesside University, and a Chartered Fellowship in Strategic HRM and Change Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.

England Squash
England Squash is the national governing body for squash in England and is responsible for the organisation and promotion of the sport throughout the country. We also have many links with other professional sporting organisations inside and outside squash. We are a member national federation of both the World and European Squash Federations (WSF and ESF) and we work with the Professional Squash Association (PSA – the men’s and women's tour body). Other significant non squash partners include Sport England, UK Sport, the Youth Sport Trust, The Sport & Recreation Alliance, Local Authorities and county sports partnerships.
