Lucy Townley

Lucy Townley has extensive experience in sports management and coaching, currently serving as the Junior Talent Pathway Manager and Level 2 Squash Coach at England Squash since 2011. Previously, Lucy worked at the Youth Sport Trust from December 2016 to September 2022 as a Senior Project Officer and Project Officer, focusing on initiatives related to Physical Education. Additional experience includes roles as a Commercial Executive at Uttoxeter Racecourse, a Recruitment Consultant at Hays specializing in architecture and design recruitment, and a Tennis Coach at Camp Echo Lake. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Science and Management from Nottingham Trent University and earlier studies at Sir John Deanes College and Tower College.
