Mark Hirsch

Mark Hirsch is currently working as a Senior Project Engineer at England-Thims & Miller, Inc. Mark has extensive experience in transportation construction engineering and inspection. Prior to their current role, Mark served as Vice President - Transportation Construction Management at RS&H and held positions at Williams Earth Sciences, Inc. and the Florida Department of Transportation. Mark earned their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Military Institute.
