Russ Ashley

Russ Ashley serves as Engle Martin’s Senior Vice President of Carrier Outsource Operations. In this role, Russ oversees the Carrier Outsource team which serves the carrier clients that have leveraged Engle Martin to provide robust claims knowledge, expertise, and capacity for their outsourced claims.

Since joining Engle Martin in 2014, Russ has served in a variety of capacities including Vice President of Claims Support Group (CSG), East Region Vice President of Property Operations, and Senior Vice President of Engle Martin’s Third-Party Administrator (TPA) division.

Prior to his tenure with Engle Martin, Russ held a variety of roles within the insurance industry and brings a wealth of claims knowledge to the leadership team. He graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce & Business Administration degree and has earned his Associate in Claims (AIC) designation.
