Frank Casal

Frank Casal has extensive experience in operations management and plant management. Frank began their career as the Director of Engineering at Bergen Cable Technologies, where they implemented Lean manufacturing processes and achieved significant cost savings. Frank later served as the Manager of Manufacturing Engineering at Alpha-Cookson Electronics, where they improved production rates and reduced labor costs. Casal then worked as the Director of Manufacturing at National Manufacturing, where they implemented operational improvements, increased efficiencies, and obtained ISO 9001:2000 registration. Frank continued their career as the Operations Leader at Owens Corning LLC, where they achieved savings through a recycling program, implemented standard operating procedures, and improved line speeds. Casal then served as the Plant Manager at Kimber Mfg., Inc., overseeing daily operations and coordinating purchasing, production, maintenance, and distribution. Most recently, they worked as the Vice President of Operations at Englert Inc., leading a team and driving continuous improvement efforts.

Frank Casal earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1984 to 1989. Following this, they pursued further education at the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business, obtaining an MBA degree in Finance/International Marketing from 1991 to 1992.
