Keith Bohns

Keith Bohns currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at ELM Home & Building Solutions, where responsibilities include transforming HR practices to focus on revenue generation. Bohns holds advisory roles with Best Buddies in New York and is an official member of the Forbes Human Resources Council. Previously, Bohns was the Chief People Officer at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and held senior HR positions at Blink Fitness and jcpenney, among others. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from the University of Denver and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Rutgers University.
