Emma Bradbury is an accomplished professional in research and insight management with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Research & Insight Manager at English Heritage since March 2022, Emma leads a team dedicated to research-based analysis that informs strategic decision-making and audience engagement for the charity. Previous positions include Head of Insight at IELTS Official, Insight and Strategy Lead at The Open University, and Head of Research Management at Ashridge Executive Education, among others. Emma holds a BSc in Archaeology from UCL, an MA in Archaeology and Heritage from the University of Leicester, and an Advanced Certificate in Marketing from CIM.
