Susan Bayley

Susan Bayley is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in various HR roles spanning over four decades. Currently serving as a Human Resources Project Manager and HR Advisor at English Heritage since July 2017, Susan previously held the position of HR Advisor at Historic England from July 2017 to July 2021. Prior to that, Susan was the HR Manager at St Peter's Catholic School for seven years and served as a Senior HR Advisor at Surrey County Council for six years. Early career highlights include a role as Senior Personnel Officer at Guildford Borough Council and an extensive tenure as HR Manager at Barclays from 1981 to 2002. Susan's foundational education took place at Queen Elizabeth II Silver Jubilee School, where studies occurred from 1977 to 1981.
