Blanca Echevarria-Kelley

Blanca Echevarria-Kelley serves as the Manager of the Global Work Community at Americares since July 2021. Prior to this role, Blanca was a Human Resources Generalist and Lead Staffing Coordinator at Delta-T Group from September 2015 to July 2021, where responsibilities included identifying staff vacancies, interviewing job applicants, and placing temporary workers with employers. Earlier experience includes working as a Recruiter at Arc of Meriden-Wallingford, Inc., and as a Staffing Specialist at Monroe Staffing Services. Blanca holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Post University, completed in 2022, and has additional educational background from Briarwood College.
