Charlotte Aldrich

Charlotte Aldrich has extensive experience in educational leadership and program management, currently serving as the Director of the Boston Community ESOL Center and as ESOL Program Manager at AES World Languages and Cultures Institute, Inc. since September 2014. Additionally, Charlotte has held the role of Operations Manager at the English Language Center since May 2015, following a position as Operations Coordinator. Previously, Charlotte was a Primary School Teaching Assistant with the Teaching Assistant Program in France USA and served as House Manager for the Delta Delta Delta sorority at Colgate University, where responsibilities included liaison work with the university and overseeing house operations. Charlotte also worked as a one-on-one tutor and a calculus tutor during academic tenure and completed a summer research fellowship focused on accessibility at the National Abolition Hall of Fame and Museum. Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and French from Colgate University.
