Denise MacKenzie

Denise Mackenzie is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in people operations and strategic management. Currently serving as the Director of People at the English National Opera since January 2022, Denise previously held the position of Head of People Operations at Casual Dining Group and Virgin Active. Throughout a career that began in 2002, Denise has held various HR roles, including HR Business Partner at Esporta, where responsibilities included managing HR for multiple clubs, and HR Manager at Sodexo, overseeing large-scale TUPE transfers. Denise's education was completed at The University of Salford.
