İpek Erim has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Starting in 2014, they worked as a Student Guide at Bilkent Üniversitesi Bilgi ve Tanıtım Ofisi until 2016. In 2017, İpek interned as a Zorlu Center Management Intern at Zorlu Holding for one month.
