Jessica Helmbock

Jessica Helmbock has held various roles in the healthcare industry since 2012. From 2012 to 2015, they were a Care Coordinator at Helping Hands Healthcare Inc. Jessica then moved to Home Instead Senior Care in 2015, where they were a Care Coordinator. In 2016, they joined TriHealth Digestive Institute as a Medical Assistant. Since 2019, they have been working at Engooden Health, where they have held roles as Quality Assurance Manager, Care Navigation Team Lead, and Care Navigator.

Jessica Helmbock has a diverse educational background. Jessica obtained a Certificate in Medical/Clinical Assistant from San Joaquin Valley College-Online in 2012-2013. Jessica also holds two certifications: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) from San Joaquin Valley College-Online and Nursing Assistants, Certified (CNA 1) from Alia Healthcare Services. Jessica is currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College and is expected to graduate in 2018. Additionally, they are enrolled in Western Governors University to pursue a Bachelor of Science - BS in Health Services Administration, with an expected graduation date of 2025.
