Mark Edgar Stephens has been working in the field of Executive Coaching & Consulting Services since 2002, when they founded and became the Owner of their own business. In 2010, they began working as a Body Language & Communication Coach & Consultant for Matchmakers In The City. In 2012, they became a Corporate Consultant & Workshop Leader for the California Society of CPAs/CalCPA Education Foundation. In 2017, they started working as a Leadership Team Coach, Consultant & Workshop Facilitator for Innovative Healthcare Delivery, and in 2018, they began working as a Communications & Executive Coaching & Consulting for Vesta Healthcare. In 2020, they became a Professional Development Coach & Consultant for naviHealth. In 2021, they began working as an Executive Coach & Consultant for UnitedHealth Group, where they provide individual & team coaching and consulting sessions with various groups under the Optum/NaviHealth umbrella of UHG. Mark Edgar also began working as a Corporate Coach & Consultant for Engooden Health and as a Corporate Communications Specialist & Facilitator for GIVENCHY. In 2022, they started working as a Workshop & Retreat Facilitator for Kuvera Partners.

Mark Edgar Stephens received their BFA from Florida State University between 1986 and 1990, majoring in Theatre & Music. In 2001, they obtained a Clinical Hypnotherapist certification from the HMI College of Hypnotherapy, where they studied Body Language, Hypnosis, NLP, and Graphology. Mark Edgar also obtained a certification from the HMI College of Hypnotherapy in 2001.
