Prior experience includes roles at Hattaway Communications, advancing from Operations Associate to Sr. Operations Manager, where complex project management and client communication were key responsibilities. Ivana’s early career featured internships at the Embassy of the Slovak Republic, OSCE, and Transparency International Slovakia, focusing on international politics, human rights, and anti-corruption efforts. Ivana holds a Master of Arts in Political Science from Florida Atlantic University and a Master of Arts in European Studies from Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave.
