Aly Osman

Aly Osman currently serves as the Group Chief Internal Auditor at Engro Corp, a position held since March 2024. Previously, Aly held significant roles including Ethics & Conduct Officer and General Manager at HBL - Habib Bank Limited, and Head of Internal Audit and Company Secretary at UBL Fund Managers. With a strong background in compliance and risk management, Aly has established and reviewed policies for risk management, developed compliance programs, and advised senior leadership on significant compliance matters. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Ethics & Compliance at Telenor and Chief Compliance & Risk Officer at JS Investments Limited. Additionally, Aly worked with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan as Joint Director and Head of Stock Exchanges Wing. Educational qualifications include a degree in Management Accounting from ICMA Pakistan, certification as a director from ICAP, and studies at INSEAD.
