Renita Pace

Renita Pace serves as the Director of Leadership Development at Enhabit Home Health & Hospice since December 2022, overseeing employee experience initiatives and implementing programs for leadership and employee development. Previously, Renita held various roles at AT&T, including Sr. Organizational Development Consultant, where expertise in cultural transformation and team effectiveness was demonstrated, and Lead Career Development Resource Specialist, focusing on career development program design. Early career experiences include a position as Career Counselor Intern at California State University, East Bay, and HR Labor Manager at SBC Telecom. Renita holds a Master’s degree in Career Counseling from Saint Mary's College of California and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from California State University, East Bay.
